How do I get a quote and how long does it take?

Send a short description through the enquiry form or by email. We normally reply within one working day to arrange a free site visit, then send a written quote within a week of the visit.

What is included in the written quote?

Every quote lists the scope line by line, the materials we intend to use, the sequence of work, a fixed price for each stage, and the start date. There are no hidden open items.

How long does a typical renovation take?

Small renovations run four to eight weeks. Larger whole-house renovations usually take three to six months. New houses typically run nine to eighteen months. We give a schedule with the quote and stick to it.

Do we need to move out during the work?

Not always. For interior work we phase room by room and keep at least one bathroom and kitchen usable. For whole-house renovations or major structural work, moving out is usually easier and we can advise once we see the property.

What warranty do you offer?

We provide a written guarantee on the work we carry out, covering materials and labour for the period stated in the contract. Structural work and weathertightness are covered for longer periods, and we come back to close any snags before final invoice.

In which countries do you work?

We build and renovate private homes across Latvia, Sweden, Estonia, Lithuania, Germany, Norway and Finland. Your project lead is the same person from first visit to handover, wherever the site is.

Can you work from our architect's or designer's plans?

Yes. We price from architect or interior designer drawings and raise buildability issues early, before they become expensive problems on site.

How do payments work?

Payments are staged against agreed milestones in the written contract. You never pay the full amount upfront, and each stage is invoiced only after it has been completed and inspected with you.

What happens if something unexpected is found on site?

We stop, photograph the issue, explain the options and price any change in writing before continuing. You approve every extra before it is carried out.

Do you provide progress updates?

Yes. We send weekly photo updates by default, which is especially useful for owners who are abroad or not on site every day.
