How we work
Four steps, priced in writing.

Conversation
You tell us what the house needs. We ask the practical questions and say plainly whether we are the right team.
- 02
Site visit and quote
We measure, photograph and price the work in writing — scope, materials, sequence and cost, with no open items hidden.
- 03
Build
One project lead who answers the phone, a fixed schedule and weekly progress updates with photographs, across Latvia, Sweden, Estonia, Lithuania, Germany, Norway and Finland.
- 04
Handover
Joint walkthrough, snag list closed before invoice, and a written guarantee on the work we carried out.
What you can hold us to
- Fixed written scope
- Every quote lists what is included, what is excluded and in what order the work happens. Verbal extras do not exist.
- Change control
- If something is found behind a wall, work pauses, the additional cost is priced, and you approve it before we continue.
- Weekly reporting
- Photographs and a short progress note every week, so being in another country costs you nothing in visibility.
- Snag list before invoice
- We walk the finished job with you and close the list before the final invoice, not after it.
