A complete facade renovation of a rendered family house — scaffold to every wall, failed render stripped back, substrate repaired and a new, even finish applied across all elevations.
The old render had cracked and hollowed in patches across the gable and side walls, and the house stayed lived in throughout. Access had to be full-height on every elevation without turning the family's garden into a long-term building site.
We scaffolded the whole house in one set-up so every wall could be worked in sequence, stripped the loose render back to sound substrate, repaired and levelled the surface, and finished each elevation in a single consistent coating. The site was cleared as each wall came off scaffold.
A crisp, uniform facade on all four sides with no hollow patches, clean window lines and downpipes refitted — delivered while the family carried on living in the house.
