A production hall full of equipment that all has to occupy the same ceiling zone — conveyor tracks, ducting, cable routes, water lines and lighting — installed to tight tolerances so the automated system runs without collisions.

Vertical farm production fit-out
Interior fit-out of a vertical farming facility: steel support structure, overhead conveyor grid, ventilation ductwork, grow lighting and irrigation lines.
How we built it
We set the steel frame and hanger grid from the equipment drawings first, then installed the conveyor rails, chain drives and drop hangers level along each run. Ductwork and cable routes were coordinated around them, LED grow bars wired in sealed damp-rated connectors, and the growing towers set out and lit for commissioning. All work at height was done from mast and boom lifts.
Outcome
A commissioned production hall: conveyor loops running, ventilation balanced and grow lighting live over the tower rows, handed over with fixing and alignment records.
