Two-storey family house, structure to handover
A two-storey family house taken from timber frame and insulation through to painted interiors, finished staircase and a levelled, seeded plot.
How we built it
We sequenced the build so the shell and roof closed early, then ran insulation, services and boarding as one continuous internal stage. Staircase, doors and finishes went in once the house was dry, and the plot was graded, topsoiled and prepared last so it stayed clean through the fit-out.
Outcome
A completed family home handed over on the agreed date: painted interiors, finished stair and hallway, utility room ready for appliances, and an entrance, drive and garden area ready for planting.
